Leaders Training on the Church Elections at Nguviu Parish

Caritas Embu facilitated a leadership sensitization training for church members at Nguviu Parish. The training focused on Christian leadership, servant leadership principles, integrity, accountability and the roles and responsibilities of church leaders within parish and community structures.

The session emphasized ethical leadership, teamwork, inclusivity, and responsible stewardship in service to the Church and the wider community. The training strengthened the churches capacity to support faith-based leadership.
