Service to Humanity in Action – Clothing and Food Support for St Luke’s Schools and Kirie Parish

True service is often quiet, consistent and rooted in love. Recently, a series of donation initiatives brought much-needed clothing and food support to learners and families within our wider church community, reflecting the power of collective compassion.

Clothing Donations to St. Luke School for the Deaf

Learners at St. Luke School for the Deaf received clothing donations aimed at addressing a basic but essential need. The support provided contributes not only to physical comfort but also to dignity and confidence among the students.

This initiative reaffirmed the importance of inclusion and care for children with special needs, reminding us that every act of giving, no matter how simple, can make a meaningful difference in a young person’s life.

Food and Clothing Outreach at Kirie Parish

A separate outreach program focused on foodstuffs and clothing support for vulnerable households within Kirie Parish. The donations helped ease daily challenges faced by families, particularly in accessing basic necessities.

The effort was made possible through collaboration and coordinated support from various partners within the church community. Structured charitable initiatives played a key role in ensuring the timely availability of food and clothing, alongside contributions from Kairuri Parish and Kianjokoma Parish.
